## Description

We are seeking a strategic thinking, flexible and creative individual to fill the role of Head of Indirect Procurement on a 12-month maternity cover basis. The successful candidate will have a global remit for sourcing and cost reduction across various indirect categories, including IT/Tech, Marketing, PR & events, Professional Services, and Store Design/Visual Merchandising.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and delivering the indirect category sourcing strategy and plans

- Identifying risks and consolidation opportunities within the supply base

- Conducting spend mapping and analysis to support sourcing strategy

- Forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on cost initiatives

- Providing critical challenge to the current supply base and presenting alternate solutions

- Developing and owning aggressive cost initiative reduction targets

- Managing a team and developing their skills and knowledge

- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience in indirect procurement, preferably in the luxury cosmetic or personal care industry

- Strong knowledge of supply markets, supplier capabilities, and competitor activity

- Experience with e-commerce, digital marketing, and performance marketing solutions

- Strong data analysis and commercial acumen skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
