## Description

As Senior Workforce Project Lead, you are a highly organised and motivated professional with an interest in workforce intelligence, data-driven decision-making and strategic programme delivery.

You will play a key role in coordinating a complex portfolio of work, managing competing priorities, including line management, and ensuring workforce projects and initiatives are delivered effectively in support of the College's Workforce Strategy.

You can build strong relationships across teams and with external stakeholders, using your influencing and communication skills to drive collaboration and achieve shared objectives.

You are comfortable providing direction and making informed decisions when challenges arise to maintain momentum and deliver results.

You can work confidently with workforce data, research and insights, translating complex information into clear, meaningful messages to inform decision-making and shape strategic priorities.

The role is hybrid, with two days per week based in the office, one of which will be Thursday.

The salary for this position is GBP 44,694 per year.
