## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering excellent customer service.

We're looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals who are ready to drive sales and help customers discover our products.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Operate in a high-demand environment, providing style advice and five-star service

- Utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Keep standards sky-high while balancing speed and accuracy

- Contribute to a positive store environment and support your colleagues

- Adapt to changing situations and priorities

**Work Pattern:**

- Sunday: 14:30 - 18:30

- Tuesday: 06:00 - 10:00

- Friday: 13:00 - 17:00

- Saturday: 06:00 - 10:00

**Additional Information:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
