## Description

Supabase is scaling its AWS partnership across multiple go-to-market motions, and gaming is one of the fastest-moving. As the AWS Gaming GTM Segment Lead, you will own the AWS gaming segment end to end, driving adoption of Supabase within game studios building on AWS, and managing the technical and commercial relationship with AWS's gaming ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

- Own the AWS gaming segment strategy and roadmap

- Manage relationships with AWS's gaming team and gaming-focused AWS SAs

- Drive the SI partnership motion with gaming systems integrators

- Build and run co-sell pipeline with AWS gaming account teams

- Identify and close gaps in Supabase's gaming-specific product story

- Represent the gaming motion in AWS SCA/funding conversations

- Partner with product marketing on gaming-specific content, case studies, and launch narratives

Requirements:

- 3-5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally with AWS or another hyperscaler

- Experience working with or in the gaming industry a strong plus

- Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships

- Comfortable operating with technical ambiguity

- Strong program management instincts

- Proven ability to execute co-marketing and co-sell initiatives

- High degree of autonomy and external credibility

- Experience with AWS Partner Central, ACE, and Marketplace mechanics is a plus
