**About Your Role** You will lead and participate in interactions and workshops with clients, deliver high-quality deliverables on complex projects, engage stakeholders across multiple teams and organizations, take ownership and solve unclear problem statements and complex technical issues, and be a trusted advisor to the client.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead and participate in interactions and workshops with clients

- Deliver high-quality deliverables on complex projects towards tight deadlines

- Engage stakeholders across multiple teams and organizations for technology delivery and business change

- Take ownership and solve unclear problem statements and complex technical issues

- Be a trusted advisor to the client on areas of focus

- Assist program leadership in managing risks and issues and in managing delivery

- Mentor and direct efforts within the project delivery team

- Contribute to firm development and practice development initiatives

- Support the leadership team on bids and pursuits

**Requirements**

- Experience within the Utilities industry in the UK Market, covering one or more of the following areas: Electricity, Water & Gas Energy

- Experience of working on functional domains relevant to the Utilities industry for Transmission, Distribution, and B2C & B2B segments

- Prefer experience on Data Migration on SaaS Platforms such as Kraken, CRM Implementation, Customer Transformation

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in gathering, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating business requirements

- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills

- Knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile ways of working

- Experience of designing, developing, and delivering projects through the full life cycle
