## Description

We are seeking a Logistics Planning Specialist to join our team in Aliaga, Izmir.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the strategic logistics planning process to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement

- Conducting research, analysis, reporting, and presentations to support the logistics planning process

- Collaborating with stakeholders to align logistics operational priorities with business objectives and KPIs

- Developing and consolidating business plans to ensure alignment with company strategy

- Identifying opportunities for projects and conducting research, analysis, coordination, and reporting

- Managing operational process analysis to detect systemic requirements and improvements

- Monitoring legal developments in the logistics sector and analysing their impact on company strategy

Requirements:

- Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/ERP systems

- Focus on service quality and customer satisfaction
