## Description

We are seeking a Team Leader to join our Technical Drawing Team in Montréal or Québec. As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of around 10 people and participate in multidisciplinary projects involving geotechnical and hydrological aspects, covering the entire project lifecycle from conceptual studies to on-site implementation.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and developing a technical drawing team

- Improving quality systems and drawing standards

- Directly participating in technical design projects

The ideal candidate will have:

- A college diploma in civil engineering, architecture, industrial drawing, or a related field

- At least 15 years of experience in technical drawing

- Excellent mastery of AutoCAD and Civil3D

- Good understanding of engineering plans and technical standards
