## Description

We're looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A (Consolidation and G&A) to own Airwallex's consolidated management P&L view and financial outlook.

You'll help senior leaders understand performance, assess trade-offs and allocate resources. You'll work closely with corporate functions, including Operations, Finance, Regulatory & Compliance, Legal, People & Talent, and Communications & Government Affairs.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead consolidated planning and forecasting, owning the annual budget and quarterly forecast process

- Translate company-wide performance into decisions, leading monthly management reporting and performance reviews

- Partner with corporate leaders on resource allocation, translating business priorities into headcount and spending plans

- Partner with People & Talent on workforce planning, building and maintaining the consolidated headcount and employee cost forecast

- Drive operating leverage across corporate functions, developing cost, capacity and productivity measures

- Strengthen FP&A tools, data and processes, staying hands-on with financial models and analysis

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline

- 10+ years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience

- Strong understanding of the full P&L and underlying accounting

- Experience partnering with corporate functions on headcount, employee costs, operating expenditure and investment decisions

- Advanced financial modelling skills in Excel or Google Sheets

- Track record of translating complex financial analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders

Preferred skills:

- FP&A experience in a fast-growing technology or fintech company

- Early-career training in Big 4 audit, deals or transaction services, investment banking, private equity or consulting

- Hands-on experience with modern FP&A or BI tools

- Practical experience applying AI or automation to financial analysis, planning or reporting workflows
