## Description

We are seeking a Platform Risk Manager to join our Enterprise Risk Organisation at Capital One. As a Platform Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding critical systems and solving complex business problems in a fast-paced, collaborative, and risk-conscious delivery environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead formal risk and control assessments (RCSAs) across enterprise regulatory platforms, focusing on BSA/AML, Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR), and Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) data flows.

- Contribute to the effective design and delivery of our risk management framework.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including AML Business, Compliance, Advisory, Operations, Product, Tech, and Data teams, to maintain operational resilience and platform integrity.

- Leverage data and analytics to manage risk and proactively identify risks and trends.

- Support internal and external audits and exams.

- Stay up-to-date with the changing regulatory environment and understand the impacts.

- Set direction, manage expectations, and lead cross-functional team initiatives.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or military experience.

- At least 4 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.

- At least 4 years of Risk Management experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Master's degree.

- At least 5 years of Financial Services risk management experience.

- At least 5 years of experience in Project or Process Management.

- At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal and external business clients.

**Salary Information:** The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are: McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 New York, NY: $165,700 - $189,200 Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700
