## Description

We are seeking a Pharmacy Commercial Delegate to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a Pharmacy Commercial Delegate, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of pharmacies in your assigned area, identifying business opportunities, and building trust relationships with customers.

Your mission will be to:

- Manage and develop a portfolio of pharmacies in the assigned area

- Identify business opportunities and turn each visit into tangible results

- Build strong and trusting relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy teams

- Conduct consultative sales, providing value and tailored solutions to meet each customer's needs

- Drive business growth through achieving commercial objectives and KPIs

- Negotiate commercial agreements and promote product recommendation and rotation

- Analyze the market, competition, and development opportunities in the territory

- Utilize digital tools and CRM to plan commercial activity and track progress effectively
