## Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to spearhead the evolution of our API First digital strategy, driving innovation and operational excellence. You will harness cutting-edge technology to build and manage robust, scalable, and secure APIs, ensuring seamless delivery of our digital solutions.

**Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and improve software using various engineering methodologies

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies

- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing

- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations

- Adhere to secure coding practices and implement effective unit testing practices

**Accountabilities**

- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools

- Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance

- Collaborate with peers and participate in code reviews

- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations

- Adhere to secure coding practices

**Requirements**

- Proficiency in full-stack development with hands-on coding experience in Core Java, JPA/Hibernate, Spring framework, and basic caching concepts

- Knowledge of Spring ecosystem technologies including Spring Boot and Spring-Data

- Experience building secure and scalable applications following enterprise design principles

- Solid coding practices for RESTful API development and consumption with understanding of OpenAPI/Swagger specifications

- Understanding of API security protocols and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT)

- Good database development skills with relational (RDBMS) databases and exposure to NoSQL technologies

- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design patterns

- Ability to participate in code reviews and apply feedback effectively

- Understanding of code quality tools like SonarQube and security scanning tools

- Familiarity with developer tools including Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

- Good understanding of Agile development practices

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or OpenShift

- Knowledge of testing methodologies including unit testing and test automation

- Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities
