## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Bluewater, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to meet customer demands

- Adapting to changing store demands, working across various areas as needed

As a Customer Assistant, you will be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who is ready to raise the bar by providing excellent service, meeting strong customer demand, and driving sales growth.

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 13:00-17:00

- Friday: 13:00-17:00

- Saturday: 13:00-17:00

**Additional Requirements:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
