## What you need

- Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie o. Ä. mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources

- Mindestens drei Semester Studienerfahrung und idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Personal

- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teambereitschaft

- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

- Souveräner Umgang mit den MS Office Anwendungen

- Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch
