## Description

Syneos Health is seeking an Early Phase Clinical Project Manager. As a Clinical Project Manager, you will oversee interdisciplinary clinical research studies and ensure compliance with GCP, relevant SOP's, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Manage projects and ensure timely study launch, conduct, and closeout

- Lead project teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management

- Coordinate activities and deliverables of study conduct partners

- Ensure studies are conducted in compliance with GCP, relevant SOP's, and regulatory requirements

- Develop contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies

- Build strong relationships with clients to generate new business

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent

- Clinical research organization experience preferred

- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to travel approximately 25%
