## Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a Facility Security Officer to join our team at our Huntsville, AL location.

The Facility Security Officer (FSO) is responsible for implementing and directing the industrial security program, ensuring company and customer security requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

- Administer day-to-day security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, Security Classification Guides, and program guidance

- Provide guidance to employees and recommend modifications to operations policies or procedures

- Work with various stakeholders, including Program Management, Classified IT, and Physical Security

- Conduct security self-inspections, expand classified footprint, and implement security measures

- Coordinate and conduct Security Vulnerability Assessments, annual self-inspections, and other local inspections

- Maintain and update NISS for the Operating Location

- Collaborate with Anduril Huntsville security personnel, mentor and manage future security personnel

- Ensure all assigned personnel meet security clearance requirements

- Provide continuous training and guidance in all areas of security

- Enforce foreign contact and travel requirements, entry procedures, and document control procedures

- Report security incidents to the Deputy Director of Industrial Security and Regional FSO

- Provide training and guidance on handling classified material

- Verify and provide training for requests for courier authorizations

- Coordinate industrial security procedures, review performance work statements, and ensure properly executed DD Form 254s

- Maintain hard/soft copies of DD Form 254 and personnel assigned to contracts

- Manage collateral facilities, access control systems, and alarm systems

- Develop and update Anduril's Standard Practices and Procedures (SPP), Confluence pages, training, and other systems of records

- Analyze and assess issues with personnel security and propose solutions

- Ensure the Security Management software is accurate and updated

- Report vital site and program information to the Deputy Director of Industrial Security and Regional FSO

Requirements:

- 3+ years of FSO experience

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

- Must complete DISS/NISS training

- Must hold Facility Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification

- Current or able to obtain Industrial Security Professional (ISP) Certification

- Must hold a current, final U.S. TOP SECRET security clearance

- Strong understanding of Physical Security requirements

- Understanding of DISS, e-QIP, NISS, and ISFD

- Knowledge of COMSEC custodian duties

- Experience creating and conducting security briefings and debriefings

- Experience working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

- Ability to communicate policy and procedures clearly

- Thorough working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 and other relevant DoD security guidance

- Experience developing and implementing OPSEC plans

- Must be able to read and interpret Security Classification Guides (SCGs)

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision

- Willingness to travel within the organizational Area of Responsibility (AOR)
