## Description

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Art Director to join our in-house Creative Agency at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, a global beauty phenomenon. As a Senior Art Director, you will shape the creative vision of one of the world's fastest-growing beauty brands.

You will lead the visual direction and execution of integrated 360° campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, and create industry-leading creative that balances artistry with strategic thinking.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading art direction across campaigns, content creation and digital marketing initiatives

- Collaborating with Production, Post Production, Motion, Digital Design, Strategy, Marketing, Social, PR and local market teams

- Driving innovation across creative production by integrating Generative AI tools into concept development and content workflows

- Evaluating emerging AI creative technologies and establishing best practices

- Partnering with Digital, Marketing, PR, Social, CRM, NPD and Retail teams to deliver cohesive brand storytelling

- Leading casting direction and ensuring talent reflects campaign objectives and brand positioning

- Staying ahead of industry trends across beauty, fashion, photography, design, post production and AI-enabled creative production

- Line managing and mentoring a Junior Art Director

Requirements:

- Significant experience operating at Senior Art Director level within luxury beauty, fashion or premium lifestyle brands

- Extensive experience leading high-profile integrated campaigns from concept through execution

- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating world-class visual storytelling across photography, film, digital and social platforms

- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

- Strong understanding of video editing, colour grading and post production workflows

- Experience interpreting creative performance data and customer insights to optimise future campaigns

- Demonstrable experience using Generative AI creative tools as part of the creative process
