## Description

At Adyen, the Account Management team plays a crucial role in the company's growth and success, expanding the Adyen brand globally.

As an Account Manager, you will manage relationships with innovative international merchants across multiple industries and channels, working on cross-functional initiatives and projects in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy.

Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, finding new opportunities, and driving mutual success for Adyen and our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with other Account Managers on various accounts

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and reduced churn

- Drive commercial discussions to meet strategic and financial targets

- Manage short-term and long-term projects across multiple accounts, leveraging internal support teams

- Serve as a feedback loop for customers internally

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role, such as account management, sales, or in the payments industry from a merchant side

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities

- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal

- Some domestic and international travel required
