## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, you’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores. It’s a physically demanding, high-intensity role that keeps our stores running like clockwork.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing stock and deliveries

- Ensuring the shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers

- Working flexibly across the store where needed

- Using digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store

**Working Hours:** Week 1:

- Sunday 05:00-13:00

- Tuesday 07:00-15:00

- Wednesday 05:00-13:00

- Thursday 07:00-15:00

Week 2:

- Monday 05:00-13:00

- Wednesday 07:00-15:00

- Saturday 05:00-13:00

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- You must be 18 years or older to apply for this role
