## Description

This role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the trimming team, ensuring the department meets customer needs, quality standards, and is supervised effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

### Operational Responsibilities

- Deliver the production schedule for the department, escalating issues as needed.

- Ensure trimmers have required tools, information, and guidance to complete job sheets efficiently.

- Complete tasks on time, correctly, and in an efficient manner.

- Work with the team to highlight delays, rectify issues, and prevent future problems.

- Maintain equipment, report issues, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.

- Liaise with Inspection and Trim departments for smooth production.

- Report resource/material shortages to managers.

### Quality and Standards

- Ensure work meets quality standards for both customers and the company.

- Liaise with the Operations Manager on quality performance, issues, and corrective actions.

- Escalate issues with moulds, processes, or manuals.

### People Management

- Supervise trimmers daily, ensuring awareness of shift requirements and company policies.

- Encourage a teamwork environment.
