## Description

As a Senior Account Manager at AI Acquisition, you will be the primary point of contact for clients who are building real businesses with their support.

Your main objective will be to diagnose where clients are in their journey, identify any obstacles, manage their expectations, and drive them toward commercial results.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a portfolio of active clients across different stages

- Conducting growth workshops, intro calls, and regular check-ins

- Managing client expectations and framing what's realistic

- Diagnosing issues with client campaigns and providing actionable advice

- Understanding marketing, sales, offer development, and fulfillment

- Collaborating with the broader CS, delivery, and onboarding teams

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in client-facing account management, CSM, or business consulting

- Proven track record of directly impacting client outcomes

- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation mechanics

- Comfortable with money conversations and navigating complex contracts

- Ability to manage difficult client conversations with composure

- Experience working in a startup, agency, or fast-moving environment

- Comfortable with AI tools and willing to learn
