## Description

We're seeking a skilled Release Train Engineer / Engineering Program Manager to join our Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design (EVDD) team. As a key member of our agile team, you'll be responsible for delivering software in a body module via agile methodologies. Your expertise in embedded software, project management, and technical leadership will drive the success of our EV future.

In this position, you'll interface and support with the Design & Release Engineer to deliver a quality product on time. You'll also provide project management and technical leadership to the Body Controls team, leading a Program Action Team (PAT) meeting with a weekly cadence. Additionally, you'll maintain lists of deliverables, software releases, and issues, driving items on the list to closure in a timely manner meeting Ford milestones.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field, with 1+ years of project management or project lead experience, and 1+ years of embedded software or hardware experience. You'll also need 5+ years of engineering experience, with knowledge of control theory and algorithm design, agile development processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office products.
