## Description

We're looking for a Management Trainee to join our Product and Performance Development team.

As a Management Trainee, you will participate in value proposition development projects, assist in converting strategic value propositions into marketing materials and guidelines for sales personnel, and design and execute activities to enhance the recognition and communication of our brand and service ecosystem among top-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in value proposition development projects

- Conduct market research, develop sales materials, and provide training

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution

- Lead small-scale projects and manage resources to achieve objectives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Insurance, Mathematics, Statistics, Sociology, or related fields

- Strong goal-planning, adaptability, learning, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent English language skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
