## Description

As a physical therapist at Sanford Health and Good Samaritan Society, you will diagnose and treat individuals with conditions that limit their ability to move and work to improve their quality of life by alleviating pain and improving their physical function.

This role requires flexibility, collaboration, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving to provide patients/residents the best care that pushes them to the highest level of physical function. You will plan, organise, and deliver physical therapy programs that help patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.

You will also educate patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home. You will document patient's/resident's information for evaluation and analyse and record the therapeutic progress of patients/residents; recommend necessary adjustments.

Our physical therapy treatment plans require flexibility, collaboration, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving to provide our patients/residents the best care that pushes them to the highest level of physical function.

The successful candidate will have appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure, be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist, and obtain and subsequently maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
