## The role

As an AI Research Engineer - Reinforcement Learning, you will be part of our ambitious and committed team of engineers, AI specialists, and customer-facing programme managers. You will work on solving the most complex and impactful problems in the defence industry, applying your skills to develop and deploy powerful technologies like AI.

## The day-to-day

- Design, develop, and deploy reinforcement learning algorithms and models for defence applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into larger systems

- Analyse and improve the performance of AI models and algorithms

- Work with large datasets to train and test AI models

- Develop and maintain software tools and infrastructure for AI research and development

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in reinforcement learning and AI research

## You should apply if you

- Have a strong background in computer science, mathematics, or a related field

- Experience with reinforcement learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Passion for developing and deploying AI solutions for real-world problems
