## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Director, PE Business Partner - AI & UGC to join their People Experience team.

The role involves supporting EA's AI & UGC organization, partnering with leaders to build new capabilities at the intersection of technology, creativity, and player experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building talent strategies and People Experience roadmaps

- Partnering with senior leaders to build leadership capability and enable business strategy

- Supporting organizational effectiveness and developing people practices

- Identifying structural or cultural barriers and building solutions

- Using data and insights to inform decisions

- Guiding workforce and talent planning

- Raising the talent bar through thoughtful talent reviews and planning

- Simplifying how work gets done by establishing scalable operating rhythms

Requirements:

- 10+ years in HR/People Experience, with experience in startups and high-growth environments

- Proven ability to build HR/people infrastructure from scratch and reinvent it as organizations scale

- Strong in org design, change leadership, and talent strategy

- Demonstrated ability to balance speed with strategic scaling

- Comfortable challenging leaders and inspiring them to think differently

- Passion for building cultures that embrace experimentation and continuous reinvention
