## Description

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Richmond Villages Painswick in Gloucestershire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

**Job Details:**

- Salary: £13.25 per hour plus paid breaks and a £500 welcome bonus

- Part-time, 24 hours per week, every Saturday and Sunday (08:00-20:00)

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs

- Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care

- Be part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes

- Communicate with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals
