## Description

You will be responsible for strengthening the analytical intelligence of the Customer Collaboration area, transforming data into strategic insights that support high-impact business decisions.

Your role will be essential in increasing operational efficiency, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and promoting solutions that ensure excellent customer service.

Working in an integrated manner with commercial and logistics teams, you will be a protagonist in generating value and building data-driven strategies.

**Responsibilities:**

- Act allocated in the Customer Service team, focusing on strengthening the analytical front and supporting decision-making;

- Model, treat, and consolidate data from various sources (sell-out, stock, orders, service level, etc.), structuring integrated and reliable bases;

- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, focusing on indicators such as Fill Rate, OTIF, stockout rate, cycle time, and service performance;

- Automate analytical processes using scripts (Python) and periodic scheduling;

- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses (regression, stockout trends, demand forecasting);

- Translate business needs into analytical solutions, with constant interface with Logistics, Commercial, Trade, and Field Marketing areas;

- Transform data into practical actions, supporting the customer service team with actionable and easy-to-read information;

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency, proposing solutions that generate value for the business.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in Customer Collaboration;

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related Exact Sciences fields;

- Proficiency in Power BI, Python, and Snowflake;

- Ability to develop focused analyses on stockouts (OOS), availability, DOH, forecast accuracy, and execution gaps;

- Capacity to build and automate dashboards and performance indicators;

- Previous experience in consumer goods companies or environments with high data volumes;

- Advanced English language skills for interaction with global teams and requests for access to tools;

- Sense of ownership and autonomy to propose solutions and implement improvements;

- Curiosity and analytical mindset, with interest in new technologies and continuous improvement;

- Good communication skills, translating technical data into clear and relevant information for the business;

- Collaborative work, with ease in connecting different areas;

- Resilience and adaptability, acting with protagonism in a construction environment.
