## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

**Job Schedule:** Part-time, flexible hours

- Tuesday: 08:00 – 14:00

- Wednesday: 08:00 – 14:00

- Friday: 08:00 – 14:00

- Saturday: 08:00 – 14:00

**Note:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver five-star service at pace, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering seamless customer service

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store

- Passionate about M&S Food products and customer service

- Resilient and committed, thriving in a high-pressure environment

- Digitally confident, with ability to use in-store devices and Sparks App

- Flexible and able to work varied shifts
