## Description

As a Store Manager at Sainsbury's, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

The role involves:

- Leading an operation with accountabilities for delivering customer, financial, and organisational outcomes

- Planning and preparing for upcoming trading activity, being commercially minded and anticipating issues

- Ensuring everything is safe and legal

- Using data and insight to inform planning, improve performance, or customer experience and/or KPIs

- Managing ER cases, including dismissals, and interpreting HR policies

- Leading change, delivering engagement on purpose whilst managing team wellbeing

The ideal candidate will:

- Have experience leading an operation with accountabilities for delivering customer, financial, and organisational outcomes

- Be a leader who role models excellent service and business values through teams of managers and colleagues

- Use data and insight to inform planning, improve performance, or customer experience and/or KPIs

- Have experience managing ER cases, including dismissings, and interpreting HR policies

- Be able to lead change, delivering engagement on purpose whilst managing team wellbeing
