## Description

We are seeking an Associate Asset Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. As an Associate Asset Manager, you will provide hands-on management of assets that pass through our office.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire warranty repair process for laptops and tablets

- Clean, image, configure, deploy, and dispose of assets throughout their lifecycles

- Collaborate with Site Support & Talent Lifecycle Management to ensure asset action items are met

- Assign laptop assets to users in ServiceNow and input notes into asset records

- Securely wipe laptops to remove WGU data for disposal

- Coordinate and organize disposal pickups from an approved e-recycler

- Update RAM and storage of laptops to meet WGU standards

- Perform monthly stockroom audits

Requirements:

- High school diploma

- 3 years of experience handling and managing laptops, tablets, and peripherals

- Advanced knowledge of laptop hardware, operating systems (Windows 7+, macOS 10.12+), and endpoint monitoring software (N-central, JAMF, Intune, Azure AD)

- Ability to manage relationships with vendors and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- 4 years of experience handling and managing laptops, tablets, and peripherals

- Experience working with ServiceNow
