## Description

Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal has an opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse who is a Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with 6-12 months post-registration experience, with active NMC Registration and a completed preceptorship programme, to join our team.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will provide person-centred care by assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating nursing care tailored to patients' individual needs. You will monitor patient progress, update care plans, respond to changes in condition, and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care.

Key responsibilities include:

- Prioritising and delegating nursing responsibilities

- Acting as nurse in charge when required

- Maintaining professional standards by adhering to safeguarding, medicines management, the NMC Code, and organisational policies

- Participating in clinical supervision

- Supporting newly qualified staff as a preceptor
