## Description

We are seeking a Retail Analyst to join our Food retail and manufacturing analyst team, which is part of the global Agriculture and Food team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Analysing global commodity supply chains, focusing on supply, demand, and price drivers

- Delivering a range of regular reports as well as ad hoc analysis in reaction to events

- Modelling and data management

- Regular direct engagement with clients regionally and globally

To be considered, you will need:

- A Master's degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics, or a related field

- Experience in leading analysis of the food retail and manufacturing sector, modelling, and client engagement

- Curiosity about the world and the ability to craft and articulate a position

- Comfort with analytical and data tools, and managing complex data sets

- Enthusiasm for collaborating with colleagues and interacting with clients and other stakeholders

- Experience of responsible use of generative AI to support analysis

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $90,000.00.
