## Description

Join the Sodexo team as a Sous Chef in Western Australia, leading a remote catering operation.

We offer:

- Above award rates from $111,700 + super + 10k allowance

- 10k allowance paid through your weekly/fortnightly pay cycle

- 2/1 Roster FIFO from Perth

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and support staff in maintaining a customer-focused, secure and safe working environment

- Ensure high standards of food service across breakfast, crib and dinner

- Conduct daily pre-start checks for the team

- Maintain a strong safety culture in the kitchen

- Support the Head Chef in leading and motivating the team

Requirements:

- Trade Certificate, Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery

- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or full work rights

- Excellent knowledge of HACCP

- Experience in a high-pressure, high-volume environment is desirable

- Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts

- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable

- FIFO experience desirable

- Bulk cooking experience is essential
