## Description

We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join our team at MGallery Sapporo.

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting daily inspections of guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met

- Coordinating with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

- Managing guest amenities and room supplies

- Overseeing in-room turndown service

- Supervising guest room maintenance

- Performing administrative tasks, including data entry

The ideal candidate will have:

- A high school diploma or equivalent

- Conversational Japanese proficiency

- No prior experience required, but previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset

- English-speaking ability is a plus

Working hours:

- Shift-based schedule, with example shifts: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM

- Actual working hours: 7.5 hours per day (8.5 hours including break time)

Employment type:

- Fixed-term employee (contract employee for the first year)

- Upon satisfactory evaluation, the employee may be offered a permanent position

- 3-month probation period
