## Description

We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant outlet at Pullman Kuching, a five-star hotel located in the heart of Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.

As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supervising and training a team of service staff, and driving outlet revenue through effective upselling and promotions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant outlet

- Supervising, training, and motivating the service team

- Monitoring guest satisfaction and handling complaints

- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

- Driving outlet revenue through upselling and promotions

- Monitoring inventory and operating supplies

- Ensuring compliance with food safety and brand standards

- Preparing duty rosters, performance evaluations, and training plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field

- 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service operations, preferably in a luxury or five-star hotel environment

- Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or specialty outlet

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Excellent communication and guest relations skills

- Sound knowledge of restaurant operations and fine dining etiquette

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and restaurant management software
