## Description

Our Client, a leading US insurer, serves over 10 million households with more than 19 million policies across the US.

As a Quality Consultant, you will evaluate business unit performance and quality of contact, processing, and file handling.

Key responsibilities:

- Evaluate quality of service, regulatory compliance, and adherence to established procedures

- Identify trends and recommend priority action items to improve customer experience

- Partner with leadership to identify targeted audit needs and execute audits

- Analyze audit data and assemble audit summary reports for leadership distribution

- Provide technical assistance to the business with auditing tools and technology

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

- 1-3 years of experience working in claims or contact center

- Prior Quality and Call Center experience

- Fluent English
