### Job Overview

As a Sr Payroll Analyst for the APJ region at Elastic, you'll support the Payroll Manager and collaborate with internal teams to enhance payroll systems across APJ.

### Responsibilities

- Process payroll for the APJ region accurately and on time, resolving discrepancies and addressing employee inquiries via ServiceNow.

- Implement data validation checks to ensure accurate payroll processing.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the APJ region.

- Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends and discrepancies.

- Collaborate with HR teams to align on payroll-related issues.

- Maintain solid relationships with payroll vendors to ensure effective service delivery.

### Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in payroll administration in the APJ region.

- Experience with payroll data analysis tools.

- Knowledge of HR management systems (Workday).

- Skills in generating payroll reports.

- Experience using data validation tools.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow for managing payroll inquiries.

- Experience with TMF Horizon Payroll Vendor operations (Preferred).
