## Description

We are seeking a Registered Home Manager to lead our team at Gateholme, a residential home in Carr Gate, West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.

Gateholme provides support for 39 individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, dementia, and mental health needs.

As the Registered Manager, you will:

- Lead a compassionate and dedicated team to deliver outstanding care

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance

- Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care

- Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans

- Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents

- Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care

- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), have experience managing 35+ beds with complex behaviours and learning disabilities, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this role is £55,000 to £60,000 per year.
