## Description

We're looking for an Account Executive Enterprise DACH to own a specific geographical region within the EMEA market, focusing on hunting new business opportunities, building sales pipeline, and driving growth within the ENT sector.

Responsibilities:

- Own and grow a designated geographical region or country within EMEA

- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and effective pipeline development

- Drive new business growth through strategic territory segmentation, contextual business understanding, and multithreading

- Identify opportunities to expand and cross-sell 1Password's solutions within existing accounts

- Engage with the industry through attending events, trade shows, and conferences

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to craft tailored solutions for enterprise clients

Requirements:

- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Enterprise accounts

- Fluency in English and German

- Familiarity with the DACH region

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs

- Outstanding sales skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, and territory management
