## Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager – Mortgage to join our team in Ahmadabad, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing the acquisition of target clientele across mortgage and loan against property segments, as well as building and strengthening a strong network of direct sales agencies in the market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Increase acquisition of target clientele across mortgage and loan against property segments

- Responsible for new business acquisition through open market

- Build and strengthen strong network of direct sales agencies in the market

- Have a strong network of DSA's in the market - Atleast 10 DSA's with whom files are discussed on a regular basis

- Strong at DSA management and new DSA empanelment

**Requirements:**

- In-depth knowledge of Product and Policy

- Good communication skills

- Good negotiation skills

- Market update and knowledge

- Awareness and information about the competition
