## Description

We are seeking a Transaction Banking Cash Management Sales professional to join our team in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving financial, revenue and business targets established for Transaction Banking Cash Management Sales within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) segment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Originating, presenting, structuring and selling cash management and liquidity management solutions to new and existing FIG clients

- Developing and executing client calling plans to identify wallet opportunities and expand wallet share

- Managing, defending and growing an assigned client portfolio

- Driving the adoption of the Bank's digital banking capabilities

- Supporting the launch and commercialization of new Transaction Banking products and solutions

- Maintaining strong product expertise and market knowledge

- Maximizing business opportunities through effective cross-selling

- Monitoring and analyzing industry developments and competitor offerings

- Identifying product gaps and enhancement opportunities

- Maintaining strong sales discipline and ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related banking discipline

- Minimum 5 years of cash sales experience with a proven track record in building cash management business and revenue generation

- Strong experience serving FIG clients

- Demonstrated experience in originating, structuring and executing cash management and liquidity solutions

- Highly motivated and results-oriented with strong client management skills

- Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
