## Description

The RBC Dominion Securities management team located in Place Ville Marie is looking for a Branch Operations Manager to join their team!

The Branch Operations Manager fulfils a leadership role in the branch by providing operational and administrative support to the branch management and advisory teams.

Responsibilities:

- Implement Branch Manager’s vision and ensure branch is efficiently and effectively managed.

- Manage daily administrative operations of the branch, including approving transactions, verifying documentation, and managing client account activities.

- Assist with training new branch support staff and coordinate ongoing training initiatives for existing branch staff.

- Ensure compliance and internal control requirements are met.

- Manage branch technology, setup, and troubleshooting.

- Manage sales support within the branch.

Requirements:

- Bilingualism (English and French) required.

- Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).

- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

- Professional approach to all situations.

- Ability to complete duties independently.

Nice-to-haves:

- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures.

- Experience in the securities industry.
