## Description

As Factory Director at Tony's Chocolonely, you will be responsible for the entire production site in Borsbeek, ensuring daily operational success in safety, quality, financial control, and performance.

You will manage the P&L, set budgets, and lead a team of around 80 employees, striving for operational excellence and creating a culture of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the full operational site and ensure daily success in safety, quality, and performance

- Build and grow a strong management team

- Achieve production and expansion goals, including team growth

- Implement improvement programs such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S

- Manage financial performance (P&L) and ensure optimal profitability

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience as a plant manager or factory director in the food industry or similar environment with a technical background

- Experience with setting up and leading improvement programs such as Lean Manufacturing, DPM, and 5S

- Proven experience in managing safety cultures and quality standards within production environments

- Performance management skills and ability to translate KPIs into operational goals

- Strong leadership skills to grow, coach, and guide teams towards success

- Fluent in Dutch and English
