## Description

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated Installation Technician to join our growing solar team.

As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and supporting residential and commercial solar systems on job sites.

The ideal technician is dependable, safety-focused, and eager to grow within the solar industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install and support residential and commercial solar systems on job sites

- Assist with mounting, wiring, and testing solar equipment

- Travel between local work sites using a company-provided vehicle

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

- Follow company procedures and safety standards on all solar projects

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally

- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams while representing the company positively

**Qualifications:**

- 1-2 years of solar experience required

- Valid driver’s license required

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
