Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work early mornings, specifically Sunday 07:00-11:00, Tuesday 05:00-09:00, Friday 05:00-09:00, and Saturday 05:00-09:00.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and ensure customers feel valued.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices

- Working across various areas of the store

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment
