We're looking for a Staff Product Manager, Governance to help us define and deliver the next generation of enterprise-grade identity, security, and access management capabilities. ## About the role: - Location: Remote-first: United States; BC & ON, Canada - Full-time - Permanent - Exemption status: Exempt The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. ## Responsibilities: - Define and execute the vision and strategy of Webflow’s access control, identity, and governance capabilities, ensuring they scale to our largest and most strategic customers - Be the voice of our largest customers, working alongside go-to-market teams to shape our enterprise motion and translating field insight into product direction - Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to execute on your vision and deliver impact - Partner with other product and engineering teams to evangelize access control principles across the company ## Requirements: - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience You’ll thrive as a Staff Product Manager Governance if you: - Have a proven track record of executing at a high velocity to deliver exceptional enterprise customer experiences - Bring fluency in enterprise security and governance - identity, role-based access control, audit capabilities, and compliance frameworks, and understand how IT and security teams evaluate and adopt these capabilities - Understand website and AI technologies and the tools marketing teams use to build and optimize their sites - Are a systems thinker and able to zoom out to understand how a feature fits into the broader Webflow product and strategy - Thrive in the ambiguity that comes with a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Stay curious and open to growth , demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact. ## Benefits - Ownership in what you help build.
