## Description

As a Market Associate at Airbnb, you will play a crucial role in the retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in your assigned territory. A typical day will involve managing a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring their retention, growth, and optimization on Airbnb. You will conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality. You will also secure availability over high compression dates, ensuring hosts maximize their revenue potential.

In addition, you will educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, while channeling their feedback to internal teams. You will respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support to improve their experience on the platform. You will analyze performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success.

Your expertise will be invaluable in developing long-lasting relationships with hosts, ensuring they receive ongoing support tailored to their needs.
