## Description

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Noise & Intelligence pod in the Core Mobile team. The successful candidate will manage a globally distributed, multidisciplinary team of iOS and Android engineers. The Noise & Intelligence pod focuses on helping users parse signal from noise and know what they need to do next.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide technical leadership across the pod's span, making informed decisions on investments and priorities

- Own the culture of the team, building a high-trust environment that allows engineers to do impactful work and grow technically

- Partner with PMs and Designers on planning, dependencies, timelines, and risks

- Set a high bar for execution, defining measures for quality across both platforms

- Hire and represent the team's work in priority discussions

- Work in the open, communicating with leadership early and often

**Requirements**

- 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams building high-performance web or mobile applications

- Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience as a Senior+ iOS or Android engineer

- Experience managing engineers across a wide time-zone gap with an async rhythm

- Understanding of how and where AI software development tooling can be deployed for maximum team impact

- History of using technical experience to make decisions while weighing stability, performance, velocity, and user experience
