## Description

Our Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and effective brand representation and product programme in the world. They know the Red Bull target audience and are responsible for the image of the brand and product knowledge in their university and area.

Their goal is to reach new consumers, win over university students, increase sales and visibility of the brand at universities. This means direct contact with potential customers and clients through product sampling, but also collaboration during Red Bull events to ensure the customer has an unforgettable brand experience. Our Student Marketeers enjoy the dynamism compared to office work and want to work in a creative environment.

**Responsibilities**

- Be a Brand & Product Ambassador

Be a living embodiment of the brand's values, representing them fully through continuous interaction with consumers and clients. Increase consumer numbers through product tasting and Red Bull knowledge, through sampling activities in the right place and time, responding competently to consumer questions. Plan and implement an innovative action plan within universities to engage students and highlight the brand. Build a strong network by establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the sector. Bring the Red Bull world to your social channels with genuine and authentic content. Collaborate at Red Bull events to provide consumers with a unique experience.

- Excellence in Execution

Always aim for excellence and attention to detail in every aspect of your work. Share ideas and collaborate with your team through regular in-person and online meetings. Plan and manage your work through an online platform dedicated to the task, respecting deadlines and being accurate. Contribute to the development of Red Bull's media business through local analysis of trends and new opportunities.

- Sales Specialists

Build a relationship with zone sales accounts and ensure Red Bull is available and visible in retail outlets. Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points inside and outside the university. Utilise all Red Bull assets to put them in the spotlight in retail outlets. Ensure perfect execution of required standards in retail outlets.

**Requirements**

- Excellent communication skills. Charismatic, energetic, positive, outgoing personality. Sociable with natural ability to relate to people from different backgrounds in various situations.

Immersed in university life with an in-depth knowledge of the university, city, and area, including extracurricular activities. Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative. Ability to manage study and part-time work, besides being available to work some evenings or weekends. Desire to acquire new skills, especially in marketing and sales. Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product. University student. English language knowledge.
