## Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Third-Party Risk Management Specialist. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our Group regulatory obligations related to Third Party Risk Management and Outsourcing are met.

**Main Objectives:**

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to Third Party Risk Management and Outsourcing (GL32 and GL14)

- Provide oversight, quality assurance, and monitoring of Third Parties and Outsourcing providers

- Business ownership of the Third-Party Management System (TPMS)

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and run the Group Material Outsourcing Committee for AIA Company Limited (GL14) and AIA Group Limited (GL32)

- Oversee and maintain Material Outsourcing Arrangements and registers for both AIA Company Limited and AIA Group Ltd

- Implement and oversee a robust Third-Party Risk Management Framework across AIA Group

- Conduct quality assurance reviews on Third-Party Risk Assessments

- Drive group-wide Third-Party Risk project initiatives

- Oversee development and enhancements to the TPMS

- Provide training to Business Units on Third-Party Risk regulatory requirements and TPMS processes

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 15-20 years of relevant experience in risk governance, third-party management, and outsourcing oversight

- Highly organised, results-driven, and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills

- Demonstrated ability to influence and work effectively within a complex organisation

- Integrity, decisiveness, and good judgment under pressure
